Ho’oponopono

The Practice of Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian Prayer offered to cleanse and clear difficulties in families. I have been following Dr Hu Len for some time, loved his teachings. This was my first taste of the prayer and along with Dr Joe Vitalie I was excited and watched in awe how I cleared old hurts, and ways of being and cleared enough space for new growth.

The prayer is now part of my everyday practice and is simple, just four lines, but now I have found Dr hu lens’s teacher Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona who Prayed with one line being different from thank you to I am Grateful! Both have now passed to spirit, but I am so grateful to them for bringing this prayer into my life, it makes a big difference to me and I know it will for you too.

The Ho’oponopono Prayer is simple to use and implement it just takes practice!
